this is impossible because hotmail block bruteforce attack!
This is not real hacking, simply if you add the password to a .txt file, with a bruteforcer he appears in the program.

Allow me to be an ass for a second...you don't always need a vowel beginning the next word to use "an". In this instance of "an program" he is wrong. However, if the following word or letter requires a vowel sound to begin saying it, the word "an" would be used, even if the following letter is not a vowel.
Example:
An MSN Account. The "M" isn't a vowel (duh) but the letter is spoken by using the shortened vowel sound from the letter "e".
