Why would he put a purpose-built drag car on a road course? And also, "track" and "strip" are almost used interchangeably. A "track" can refer to any sort of race track, including drag strips. Google "drag track" once and see what I mean.

Sup dude I have a 6G74 its nice< but advice, IF ur thinking on using TT heads on it dont. timings wont work because the heads are taller, also the Heads on the engine are better! the cams are more agressive because of the extra displacement, so over all... if you port the heads and get a valve job done and with some HKS dual prings u could have a red line of about 8500RPMs with supporting mods, U know balance pistons and crack the hole shabang. also U need low compresion pistons if U have Turbos
