nope they have made it more politically correct over the years. this ride is going to be @ disneyland for a pretty long time and after 40 years it is still one of the park's most popular rides

I saw this at the New York World's Fair in 1965 and it f**ked me up for YEARS! I'm sorry they're going to swap out some of the characters for Disney stuff, though. It completely changes the message of "We may be different but we're all the same." to "buy Disney". Walt must be doing 45 rpm right now.

Someone told me they were taking this ride out of DisneyLand and World because some people were offended by the way the people looked. Does anyone know if this is true?

I do love the ride .... But coz they hve made tis extra long so u see everything ... the song is like TOOO LONG in this video!

After the fair ended in 1965, Walt and his crew shipped it to Disneyland in California, where it opened in May 1966. |
