1. I never said the military was not murder. 2. The uniform code of military justice does not apply to private military contractions in Iraq, instead Iraq has its own laws which governs these pirvate contractors. However, Iraq is obviously currently incapable of enforcing its own laws, let alone against private American military contractors.
