No need to be worried about the graphics, at least on anything above the level of the MacBook. Mac's use OpenGL, not DirectX. DirectX is a pile of shit, and OpenGL owns it. That's all you need to understand. As for gaming, you can run Boot Camp, enabling you to run Windows on separate partition on your Mac. So most games will run fine under Boot Camp with a Machine above a MacBook, so a Mac Mini or MacBook is out of the question for gaming, because they use a integrated chipset, not a GPU.

Answer: Macs use OpenGL not DX10 or DX9. Not to sound rude, If you want to be a little more respected knowledge wise try not to use sayings like: "and things." or "not as buggy."
