We probably will nevr know why Bou left, but im sure that it wasn't because he had to dress like a girl. That was his choice *--* I miss Bou as much as everyone else and It did take me awhile to get used to Takuya(hawt) and Yuuki(I kinda still don't lyke him), But things happen and Its best to get over it. AnCafe will never be able to replace someone as good as Bou, but at least they tried :D

I don't think that's right. Bou announced he would leave because he didn't want to be in a band anymore (crazy i think XD) and he wanted to be home to look after his parents (or grandparents) because one of them was ill. I don't think his image had anything to do with it - he could have stopped dressing like a girl whenever he wanted.
