btw: killer song. the chord combination with the vox and lyric are first class. refreshing when you hear the same ol same ol these days. always the same 'scream your head off on every song' or 'go stop go' formulaic blanditude (hey, shakespeare can invent words, so can i). now and again up bobs a gem like this and lifts your soul out of the porridge.

no. he's himself. sometimes artists sound similar to other artists. i've been told i sound like nikki sudden and i can't see it at all. never even heard him until recently and i've been playing 35 years. a lot of the time fans make up their own minds about an artist's motivations without knowing the reality. comes with the territory. can't see the bob influence at all unless it's that he plays an acoustic and is intelligent.
