By the way, this might be wrong, but wasn't the original Marxist idea to have a Communist state with not government as such other than administrative authorities for finance and stuff: The people governed themselves and all? I have Das Kapital beside my bed, but I can't be bothered reading it.

communism is the polar opposite of anarchy...

actually it was done with noble intentions until Stalin took over and killed Trotsky

Well for me being an anarchist means being against all government weather they're 'communist' 'democratic' 'liberalistic' or anything else. If some one is hitting my hand with a hammer I don't want them to gradually use softer hammers and work their way down from there, I want them to stop hitting my hand all together. If infact communism is voluntary then I have nothing against it, but the moment it becomes forced on people I'll spend the rest of my life trying to dismantle it.

The originally idea of communism came from Marx. The communists in Russia were just selfish and saw a moment when they could take power without being stopped. That's not REAL communism. But becos of years of cold war propaganda, people now think that that is what communism is. Poor Mr. Marx; his dream was lost by greed.

I like many Anarchists advocate an immediate transition to Liberalist, Democratic Communism, and then a slow transition to Anarchy. Communism isn't even about forcing itself onto people anyway, it's about liberating people from Capitalist oppression, if they enjoy Capitalist oppression, they can get the fuck out.

Well I'm not really opposed to communism so long as no one forces it upon anyone else. If you wanted to have a voluntary version of communism in which no one is coerced into doing anything they don't want to then that's fine with me. I'm just against the idea of communism as a system of government.
