This is a response to a comment made two weeks ago. :-)

Great questions, but long answers. :-( Total body strength training is key... as well as cardio and proper eating. I don't recommending running every day... every 2 or 3 days at the most. Rotate your cardio modes.

definitely don't do anything that bothers your back.

Wow way to be a pompous ass. Gymnasts are flat on the chest as well as the stomach. So don't go making fun of people that are less fortunate genetically than you, or that don't have a shitload of money to blow on classes. P.S.-Six pack too, good ol' sit-ups and leg lifts. But do you see me rubbing it in other people's faces online? No.

Doug i need advice man. What would be the best way and fastest way to get my lower abs to be toned up like my upper and middle so i can then have a noticeable 8 pack? because u cant just tone lower abs with ab work outs. I know u need to loose the fat in the lower ab region. I am doing cardio by running and jogging 4 miles a day and i just started the this 3 days ago but im curious if this solution will work?

How many repetitions are recommended?

the guy who says he's gonna do it for a week... you're a moron. Not even the world's greatest workout will have defining results in one week.
