I think that each version has it's own virtues. Neither is better than the other.

japanese is better, the american version really dumbed down the dialogue and removed a lot of the depth from the story.
I also have issues with the crappy voice actors that are always asked to do anime dubs, they always sound really bratty and whiney, i have no idea why, but it's always like that.
plus, the american version had nothing on "mimi, mimi, mimi, mimi, mimi, mimi....."

The Japanese Lettuce (fave-char) sounds nice and friendly. The English sounds sad. O.O

The japanese is SO much better... They make all the characters all weird... i mean, mint/corina sounds so snobby in the english one, when at that moment she was supposed to seem compassionate!
The Original version ROCKs so much better!
