i was just thinkin about that earlier today...i talk to my friend about it and he said you gotta consider the fact taht this is the first time he turns to level 3, plus, in the fite against super buu, goku is watchin the whole fite, gettin all pissed off, so by the time he arrives, he can instantly give off the energy required for level 3...a bit nerdy, but i think that explains it!
