my guitar was the same way go to your local guitar shop and if the luithier knows what hes doing he can change them out for a pretty cheap price dude its totaly worth it.

in response to mrtall1994 no offence but i think your guitar is just poorly crafted lol or sometimes it matters what pickups your using, if the selector switch aint activating a pickup, its tone control won't do anything
