i'm wondering if i could use the street lamp outside my house to do the same thing, and then sell the energy back to the electricity company. LOL.

Very well done both of you for putting the effort into this tricky experiment. Do you still plan to conduct a similar test in less humid conditions? If you do, please show the alignment setup under torch light before the test begins. 8^)

Haha, nice...
It would be cool if we could concentrate the light from stars, love your ideas.

Good try with the moon, though a full moon is usally fairly light out.
There is a couple in arizona that set up a large mirror to concentrate the lunar light.
you might be able to get them to try your experiment.

From what I have read/seen on solar technology when there is even a small shadow on a solar cell it short circuits the process and effiency drops tremendously. Maybe for this particular test you could try it again and focus on a cell from an old calculator??? Probably would get better exposure on the whole of the cell and get a better reading.

Thank you
I never have seen any lunar solar projects.
Mosquitos are a pain, we usually never wear shorts or short sleeves in the summer. Sounds backwards but they always find you any time of the day. Especially when working.
We have big fans with screen and catch about 500-1000 a night, but it makes no difference. There are 3 bats at work too. Gonna build em a bat house.
I like the winter here, when the temp drops below 60F I can wear summer clothes.
Do not like DEET (:X) and burns my skin.

this is the first lunar power video i've ever seen! it just might be a "world's first"! :D
but please be more careful with those mosquitoes. we don't want you guys to get malaria, dengue or anything like that. :(
all hail GREENPOWERSCIENCE! :D |
