personally, I think electronic shows have the potential to be FAR more interesting than those of rock bands and the like.
it goes from just having the musicians play instruments live, to a real /performance/, since they aren't as hampered by playing.
look at skinny puppy, combichrist, etc. live, and it gets really theatrical and all.

and to the youngsters(heh) who Ive seen postng in threads of the various old tech/ind/ bands that they wish they could have been there- I guarantee theres something cool going on around you right now, you just wont know it for awhile.For me it was the LA BlackFlag/etc scene, then WaxTrax/Jorgenson scene,who knows what itll be for you- but take chnces,Live! You wont ever look back and wish you would have stayed home more.Ive had nghts I cant blieve happend. In the mean time,stay off my lawn!

Evangelist samples are from Farrell Griswold. These samples are pretty much his greatest claim to fame.He died in 1982.
Kinda stole the family car when I was 16 to drive from St.Louis to Chicago to see one of the shows in the late 80's at Caberet Met... Adrian, if youre alive and ever read this- this is Craig.
