I don't understand why it's so popular to rip on Lightfoot's voice. Yes, it was better when he was younger, just like anyone's. It's called aging, and it's called smoking. Look at Dylan; at least Lightfoot could sing to begin with. He's not going to perpetually sound like his 1966 recordings, so get over it. And fuck all of you that sit here and cut his voice. Seriously, fuck you.
