people whom have purchased this phone through sprint, they do not have the phone which is being shown in the video. That is an HTC unbranded unlocked Raphael. You have a watered down sprint based version which lacks compares to this one. Thanks!

That might be without a contract. I went yesterday and swapped out my Instinct for it and got it for 279.99 because I was a new customer to Sprint and my rate plan was above 59.99

just talked to sprint they said its going to be 399 with 100 mail in rebate...and got two diff dates when there going to have it 1 rep told me the 31st and the other told me nov 3...31st would be nice
