Hi evh, From a production standpoint, this technique has been around since before computers were recording. Kenny is just replicating the technique on a computer. The music in this particular video is purely demonstrative. I do see where you are coming from, much music is very produced and in some ways contrived or built in a studio nowadays, but at the same time, this technology is also used to capture very pure performance as well. It does what the end user wants.
