I think the guy at :23 looked just fine before. That nose was probably appropriate for his ethnicity. It's too bad people sometimes erase part of themselves in this process.

I am a 32 years old. I have a big nose with a small bump.
When I was younger (teenager to 19 yo) I would love to have a smaller nose without a bump.
The years have passed and today I am glad that I didn´t do anything to my nose because my face has changed a lot (I get a complete adult face at +- 28 yo) and my big nose is just perfect for my adult face.
Hey! I respect everyone that do rhinoplasty because everyone should do what they want to do.
