"but there are a number of pragmatic studies that show people who are religious are healthier mentally and physically." in fact, many "unsatisfied" people turn to religion has a way of dealing with the problems that every day life brings to them, because they can not find better solutions. its a patron that many delusions share with religion. letting your 15 year old kids belive in unicorns because it makes him happy is not a good solution to the problem. today we have better means.

The crimes of Hitler were in no doubt influenced by the idea of natural selection, something he picked up by reading Darwin's book titled "Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life" the title of the book was later changed to Origin of Species for obvious reasons. I wonder were Hitler got the idea of a favored race...

When you and believers from all religions agree among yourselves on one God and stop dismissing each other's claims, stop hating each other, stop dehumanizing each other and stop killing each other while promoting your "peaceful" religions then come and preach to us nonbelievers, until then every time you open your mouths you just come across as a bunch of selfish hypocrites and babbling imbeciles.

Can you give examples of thousands of biblical prophecies being fulfilled? Heck, I'll even take one thousand. Ditto for the messianic prophecies, though I'll hold you to 301 in that case.

alrok777 "If u really believe in science and logical reasoning u will accept Jesus as messiah." You better be careful because with statement like that you might just attract the attention of ape-catchers.
