yes, its a tribute. google it, this video was how i discovered this song =D. if u look closely into the lyrics you can discover so many inside jokes like: "katherine zeta flirts"(thats refering to philis because she plays catherine in michaels screen play, i also love how the creator of this video did the research and put a clip of philis to this line =D) and theres many more jokes like that. bobble head joe! lol ahh conflict resolution *reminisces*

I love how at the beginning, Pam and Jim are talking about how they've always thought of each other as friends, and then when Jim is asked what he liked best in Scranton, he replies, "The friendships." Amazing job!
