I would have to say that when Nirvana came out, they really changed the spectrum of music back in the early 1990's. And to be quite honest for my opinion, when he killed himself (or got murdered whatever you want to call it), that was really officially the end of music. Or you could say that 1994 was the last year that music was music. After that, it sucked. It was around that time when I stopped listening to the radio (I was 16 that summer) and started venturing into 70's progressive rock.
