the japanese version is actually "Bokura no Taiyoh DS: Django and Sabata", so...that means Lucian IS Sabata....to a degree. Lucian seems different enough from Sabata to be an entirely different person, so....yeah. i dont consider em the same person, really...

at some point in the RnR anime, the guy who ends up having the same wave pattern as Cygnus builds a device that allows the FM-ians to go dempa-henkan without a human host, via usage of the genetic data from the very human hosts previously used for dempa-henkan. maybe that's what's going on there?
