About the search option in the help of Mac programs... it is true that most of the softw don't have it. That is because the philosophy of mac is that softw has to be simple and intuitive!!! You don't have to use the help... in fact, if you have to use the help, it means there is a failure in the design of the softw... AND THAT IS WHY MAC IS FAAARR MORE SUPERIOR THAN ANY OTHER OS (LINUX OR WINDOWS)

i use adobe premiere on mac hope that those not means its bad! i got it for free from college so i am biased! Also the mac version has search. Adobe suite is still better on mac than pc!

Moldy means that you can actually move the windows around in FCP but in Adobe Premiere all the different panes or whatever you want to call them are in one window and you can't move them around.
