Ok in extended zoo will be a decent deck. While they have lost Gaea's might, they still have tribal flames. Moonhold still can't stop creatures from attacking and teferi's moat seems a little slow for that format. CoP red still exists so that should slow it down as story circle still doesn't come online till turn 4. Zoo being the tier 1 deck is not likely, but extended will probably be open enough so that it can do well.

tefari's moat rotates with time spiral, moonhold isn't used as it can't stop people from attacking, and story circle dosen't take hold till turn 4 by then zoo already has creatures attacking and burn ready to go.
