When i was investigating this i did hear noises but never saw a ghost. i didnt hear voices either. However before you go in that tunnel there are 3 piles of dirt. on each of them are purple dildos. and there is one in the factory too.

There really is a ghost because I checked the place myself but there was a hobo BUT I killed him and a few secounds later I see some door slam open and hear another voice. I went To go check outside but there was nothing. I checked the factory again and I heard the voice again so I believe there is a ghost! %-O CREEPY!!

Actually they might. The GTA games are known for their numerous little easter eggs, secrets, and such. Plus, myths are part of what makes these open world games fun. I think that everybody knows that there isn't really a Bigfoot in the forests of San Andreas, yet that didn't keep lots of people from having fun searching for one, did it?
