I think that the iMate is just a smartphone version of the TMobile Sidekick Slide with a touch screen. Also, the TYTN II takes longer to rotate the screen because it has more stuff on the main screen to rotate instead of just the standard WM6 stuff like the iMate. I think that overall, the TYTN II/ATT TILT is the wiser choice for all around use.
