YES IT IS, ..I put shocks on the front from a Cat-eye, and in the video it's missing the farings, TRUST ME ..I'm big on people calling things by the wrong names, and my pocket bike is awesome and runs awesome.

hmm it stopped it a little..oh well ill just return it cuz of the poor quality parts..overall it was good for the money but i do not want to keep fixing it..im gonna get the x7 =]
