Microsoft tried to make a new interface that was more efficient then Office 03. Maybe its because you are used to the old interface where it makes things harder. I worked with office 07 for some time now I am completely comfortable using it. Just give it some time.

Office 2007 sucks, particualy Word. The new interface has now made everything harder to find than what I'm use to.
