fumo means fume/steam. last chorus: "e vedi non c'é piú tempo per cambiare te io lo so tu riderai e un giorno lo capirai" - and you see there's no time to change i know you will laugh and one day you will understand and my favourite: "mi cercherai tu lo farai lo so" - you will look for me i know you will do it
