all of you, bermyWHAT , and Laddyboy101. you both are very iggnorant, your basing your conclusions of of your own opions. if you wanna sit there and spit out so called "facts" go to fucking india and talk to a real shaman or south america to tribes you use DMT. the only reason for DMT being illigal in this contry is because the people that "govern" us hate the fact of a free thinking people.

iv'e been wanting to try DMT for years now and its almost impossible to find, iv'e been fascinated at how dmt is made in your brain, how its in many different plants and 5-meo-dmt being in the bufo alvarius toad then i was gonna try an extraction using Phalaris grass...but i used pottasium hydroxide instead of sodium hydroxide as the ph elevator and i think it was too mild so it didnt work out...i would like to try again sumtime using mimosa hostillis.

If your dad were a real shaman, he would acknowledge the existence of tribes of shamans who utilize psychoactive drugs to enhance their meditation. If psychactive drugs weren't looked down on by society, you wouldn't even make this argument. Base your opinion on experience, not ignorance.

All I'm trying to say is that people that have no religious purpose or compass in their life that claim they get closer to their higher power through drug use are lying to themselves. These drugs were used in highly ritualised circumstances and situations but the same effect can be attained through mediation. If you wanna use drugs for fun go ahead but don't try to be all high and mighty about it and just call it as it is...

so you're saying enlightenment isn't a religious thing? so what Buddhist are trying to attain...to become wholly enlightened...Buddhism isn't a religion? Going on a vision quest isn't religious? If it's part of your religion it is.

Your wrong there, DMT isn't something people take for "religious experiences" because enlightenment is not a religious thing, it has NOTHING to do with religion, shamans take this stuff to experience God, but not God in the sense of a christianity or another "religious" point of view.

The essence of liberty is that "YOU OWN YOUR LIFE", to deny this is to imply that someone else has a higher claim over your life than you do, so why is DMT illegal? It's illegal because someone else has a higher claim over your life than you do!!
