Though in some places it does seem like she's getting left hanging by her staff. Still, she should have just sucked it up and dealt with it.

Ya know what this is? This is someone who is highly intelligent and a perfectionist wanting to do a real good job, but has to work with people who are inefficient- and she's under alot of pressure. It would make you crazy too.... she's no bitch
