I like this kind of production though. You can still hear all of the parts.

Love this band! And in case you didn't see my post on the other Sacred Warrior songs posted here (Obsessions)- they're coming back! :D Look for their new CD release in 2009. I read it on a metal news site online tonight, and the article was dated Sept. 2008. I cannot wait! I sure hope they keep their old sound, THIS sound... Thank you for posting all these- you are awesome!

Great Band! Too bad some people have closed minds about Christian bands, because Sacred Warrior are right on the level with all the metal greats of this genre.

I don't know. Were you conceived in one? Just kidding!! LOL! :D This is from the late 80's and the production from that time was not as high in metal recordings. To make matters worse, Christian metal had even lower production quality because major labels would not sign these bands.

Was this recorded in a garage?

I hear a lot of the Queensryche influence in the vocals. By that, I mean really strong tenor vocals.

I laughed. :-D Slipknoty is now my word of the month.

Basically, yeah.

Man I grew up with the son of the bass player. Couldn't believe when I saw them mentioned on PA.

I know what you mean. The original cd's level was never too high to begin with, but since youtube demands the FLV format, there is quite a bit of quallity loss from the mpeg to FLV conversion. :(
