If will be Russia ruled by war criminals as Putin or Yeltsin,some russian generals or KGB and FSB officers and their oligarchy, Russia will be still Rise of Evil as said former US president Reagan. Russia need more democracy. Russian army is always army of barbarians that can't fight against fighters, but they're killing very much civilians and they're rapes women only.They made it in Germany 1945,Hungary 1956 and makes it again.
