I hitch everywhere there is an art to it....make your self look acceptable if your wearing sun glasses take them off or people will think your stoned. I always carry a knife, have had some crazy lifts were i had had 2 use it.

Very good vid Olly. It is surprising how few hitchers you see on the roads these days. I think todays young uns have had parents who've wrongly been scared witless by the media.
I had many years terrific solo hitch-hiking in Europe. Best way to get to know a country is by meeting and talking to the people. It was always better to travel than to arrive.
