thats wmm's fault if you open up your project on wmm go to "save to my computer" down the left hand side, save it that way n it will upload

Fox, try the 3400 Tv tuner it works like really good and i had that too same shit happend to me and i have Vegas 8.0 and it still sucked

This is actually good, you have to use un-compressed quality, and uve gt to deintelce the video if u record from xbox/tv.
Use Movie maker/sony vegas to capture.

It doesn't depend on the card itself for the quality, its called codecs! wow, use a different program like Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas... seriously... try recording in non-loss avi and see how good it is...
