Mark Bunker, a leading critic of Scientology, lost his xenutv1 account a few weeks ago. The timing was particularly unfortunate because it interrupted plans for publicizing a major interview he had with actor Jason Beghe, a long time Scientologist who left the church and is now one of its most famous critics. Mark can only get his account back if he convinces Viacom to withdraw the DMCAs it filed against him. This video examines Viacom's claim and provides a way for Mark to get Viacom to drop their complaint and get his account back. Mark's website: http://www.xenutv.com/ Mark now posts his videos here since he can't post at Youtube: http://www.vimeo.com/channel78... Visit the vimeo.com to see the Jason Beghe interview. L. Ron Hubbard, is quoted as having said, "Writing for a penny a word is ridiculous. Thank you for making these videos and doing your part to help get Mark's account re-instated. You are a hero! And you even wear a mask like a super hero!

Transformative elements are transformatively hillarious.

Thank you for personally explaining that to me. Any other user would called me a n00b for not knowing. Apparently everyone who sits at a computer must go through a college course in l33t speak or hacker 101, 201, and 301 in order to be graced by the online presence of these basement trolls. :)

A long time ago (maybe a year ago) Youtube used to offer director's accounts with no time limits (but a 100 MB file size limit.) I was one of the lucky ones to get in early.

How on earth did you get it up to 20 minutes when the cap is 10 minutes (or so I thought).

As Lawrence Lesig said "Fair Use" is not a well defined safe harbor, its a legal position. But of course, the copyright holder might themselves, in this case, be scared of losing a court case as it would jeopordize their other holdings. But if they go to court they will bring their A game.

Clearing infringing, freudian slip if heard ever one. Mark was getting in the way of them clearing engrams from morons and that just isnt good for business.
