Confused you say? you do realize this guy speaking is considered scientifically the happiness person in the World? Whether you agree with their views are not, they work, and may you find peace within yourself.

Buddhism is a religion for the confused. Going on and on and I wonder if the listeners do really listen. They never go straight to the point. Just say directly, be unselfish and be good to others. So simple as that.
