SMB3 Hack: SMB3 - The Second Quest

This is my first Romhack made with "SMB3 Workshop", which you can download at www.romhacking.net I want to start a hacking project of Super Mario Bros. 3 on the NES called "SMB3: The Second Quest". The first step I'm doing is editing the world maps (forcing the player to play every stage) and all the levels and make them harder. I also plan to remove the 1 up mushrooms and most coins to level up the difficulty. Also every worlds timer except the longer ones like the World 8 Dungeon or Bowsers castle will be set for 200 seconds. After I've completed all levels, I'll do pallete modyfing to make this hack not look like a cheap modification. After that I'll look out if I can change Mario's powerups like the infamous rom hacker DahrkDaiz did in "Mario Adventure" or "Luigi vs. Mario (Incomplete)". And also learning how to put NSF-files (you can make own tunes with FamiTracker) into the hacks code. This video shows the humble beginnings of the hack. I'm very satisfied with the results, but there are some places in the levels I have to edit like the LOL-coin formation or the lava pit path in the first Dungeon. ;) Enjoy!
