I once had an asshole tailgate me for miles with his brights on. All it did was force me to drive slower because I couldn't see. Then he ended up trailing me closer so I couldn't drive slower or even pull over to let him pass (you had no idea how much I wanted to at that point). If I had to stop in an emergency I would have sued his ass for everything he's worth so he could no longer afford his car and do that to others. Lesson of the story: being a tailgating ass is only going to make it worse.
