ez2izzy, you don't understand the difference between sampling and imitation. Pipes may be used to imitate other instruments, but pipes do not play samples. Sampling is where a recording is taken of an actual instrument and played back when the key is pressed. Sampling basically involves stealing the sound of a real organ and using it to fool people's ears. This "organ" at Trinity Wall Street could not exist as it is if it weren't for the real organs its sound was taken from. |
