Wow. Because in the developed world bad food is abundant and lifestyles promote lack of physicality. In the case of these people, they have a difference in their genetics that you do not have, and if you had their genetics, you'd probably be like them. It's a little more complicated than, 'I simply won't eat'. Tell anorexics to just eat and stop pretending their fat. And yes, alcoholism can be like an illness, but more importantly, food, unlike alcohol and drugs, is a NEED.
