Ive been looking through some comments and I have to address somethings: - Africa is not a country! there are approx 54 countries there. -Blaming/questioning african or any other developing country on how they handle their waste is idiotic just because the western world has found out the negatives of the primitive ways of waste management and have found alternatives developing countries may not be able to afford them (in terms of priorites)
