you must have shitty closers. we have a drivethru store that also has the largest cafe in our district, and it takes a rather small amount of time to open if your closers do a good job of setting up. Now if the closers don't have a good shift, then yeah, opening is a bitch, but it still shouldn't take an hour unless you are GROSSLY understaffed.

I openned for over a year. It finally caught up to me taking naps in the afternoon and it sucked. I close now and Im more relaxed so I prefer to close. My store is crazy busy in the morning, plus I like my sleep time. =) Also it is just 1 shot he just used 2 shot glasses.

Thanks for the note about the shots - quality comes first! I wondered if it's standard in the US to sleeve a tall mocha? Or was it a special customer request?
