Wonderful miming performance by
Spike Brunnhilde Milligan and gang
of EVERYTHING IS FRESH TODAY
extolling the values (and possibly perils) of eating fresh fruit,
originally by Jack Hodges, the "Raspberry King", (with Sid Geening & His Band), with a flatulently winning number from 1927...

I remember seeing an interview with Spike telling how he used to record his show on the set next to monty python and they'd come in and watch him recording, he'd shout out get those python bastards out of here they're stealing my material :)

Spike's humour has aged very well with time - I'm crying with laughter here !

Thanks very much for this I wondered whether it was a chap called bill pilkington? He was an actor, and knew spike very well having been in the army with him

Can only tell you 2 - Dave Lodge (sitting on right, playing the pan) and John Bluthal (wearing monacle, singing/miming, next to Spike)... will try again with others, but not sure...
