tubelogin1,
Your first point...You label me a "Moron" Well, from a rational, scientific point of view, my posts here intelligently rebut what the news video shows. What you don't understand is that the news story is what I'm rebutting. Not your other assertions. This story has no other facts in it, just a fellow with canning jars partially filled with dusty water, and interviews with people who aren't being asked the right questions.

tubelogin1,
On your second point: "cretinous" ...my thyroid has been (and continues to) function well (knock on wood) and, in spite of your vicious disagreement with my assessment of the news story, I show no signs of such a malady...so I think you're (again) mistaken. You might be comforted by the fact that I enjoyed the Ramones' "Cretin Hop" as a youngster, though!

Your last point first regarding "3X Barium"...that's the point. Show me any evidence of 3X barium in this story. I don't think you can. The news people are not familiar with the metric system (obviously) and do not understand the data they are providing as evidence. I agree on CNN, and these folks as well...instead of looking at a map and pointing to Austria and referring to it as Switzerland, they are pointing to a lab report which clearly states 68ug/L and stating that it's 6.8mg/L .
bionicmisfit (September 5, 2008 at 11:54 pm)
Yes, barium is toxic in its own right...but in addition, radioactive isotopes of barium and strontium happen to be by-products of the fission of U-235...could it be that these damned planes are simply dumping waste from nuclear power plants on us because they have run out of places to dispose of it? I wish I had a battery of the latest AA missiles in my backyard when one of those planes flew over and started toxifying the skies like that.

There's no proof of where it came from - go back and watch the video again. I'll spare you the 5-year-old name calling, but do try to grow up a little. I guy got a jar of water contaminated water with NO PROOF of where the contamination came from. Everyone looks up and makes an ASSUMPTION it came from jet trails. Is there heavy industry near the guy's house? A glass or tile plant using barium? Odd that no one ever asks these questions. That's the real crime.
tubelogin1 (September 5, 2008 at 11:42 pm)
you're a fucking moron, man. this is for KOLARSHOOTER
look at the laws yourself then. testing on populace by US gov;t. read it yourself. find out about AIDS being given to orphans in 2005 in NYC. DO SOME WORK, you cretinous refuse... stop chiming in with your senseless shit and actually go research it!
3X barium is NOT accidental. the paper in the report is nonsense. quit getting misled by a stupid newsmen crew and their sound bites. CNN routinely shows switzerland calling it austria
tubelogin1 (September 5, 2008 at 11:38 pm)
it's NOT vapour, you moron! that's the POINT!
it's spraying, artificial ion clouds.
quit talking out your arse, simpleton.
jcmegabyte (September 5, 2008 at 10:17 pm)
Barium SOURCE is the keyword here. Barium compounds are used in glass, tile, pottery, rat poison, fireworks, rocket propellant, paint pigments, safety matches, spark plugs, medical x-rays (you actually DRINK the stuff!), etc. etc. - the list is huge! People need to stop pointing at the water vapor in the sky and start looking under their noses. Just follow the money trail: Industry and manufacturing... :|
