You have to keep in mind, however, that a good deal of people shove their religious beliefs down other's throats. It can come from both ends of the argument, but it's not like anyone's changing their mind over it. It's all a matter of opinion.

Atheism (One of those exceptions to the i before e rule; they're tough, I know, but you'll get it one day) is a religion in the same sense that bald is a hair color. At least try to think before you speak.
And if you want to stop atheists from shoving their beliefs down your throats, I think it would be fair for you to stop doing it to your children. Why is it unfair to expose them to all religions, or lack there of, and let them make an informed decision?
