odd's are he feel's the same way. so be smooth sit next to him and get kind of close like scoot up to him see how he reacts and dont just come out and say "i love you i love you i love you" it comes off a bit strong and freaky. just say something sweet, like "you know, i think your awesome" something like that. then go in for a hug then if he reacts well to that try for a kiss. if it fails. youll never have to wonder "what if i listened to that random guy on the net, would it have worked?"
