Pirates never see this advert anyway since ripped copies just take cotain the film files, the only ones who see it are people who bought the DVD in the first place :(

what thy reely shuld do is pre encode them onto blank dvds to get there message out

The only problem is, when you steal a car, tv or a dvd, you physically steal it and somebody loses that object. In pirated stuff, you're not stealing, you're getting a copy of something, and the person who it belonged to before still has it.
