that was not scripted beyonce was a bit ashamed but she laughed about it, beyonce wont fall on purpose and the reason no one helped her is because the show must go on, look at when michelle fell, kelly and beyonce kept it moving, only in a really serious case will they stop to help but she got right back up and killed it

maybe is beyonce wasn't swinging her hair around so much and going down the stairs so fast that wouldn't of happend. but i applaud beyonce for getting right back up and continuing with the show!
