the reason it looks cheezy is because of the person who installed ubuntu, you can literally change the way EVERYTHING looks in ubuntu

Look at the way Vista goes slowly and just drags... I am SO glad I use ubuntu nowadays...

Ubuntu = cool effects if you have nerves of steel.
Vista = uncool effects, but practical to use for everyday people.

for you to know but you can do most of the ubuntu stuff just by installing the normal gra-card driver without compiz you have already more and better effects than on shitty windows |
